RedDoorz near Telkom Corporate University — Hotel in Bandung City

TLDR version: Check the images, it's really the worst RedDoorz room I've ever booked. Go book another place, this place is not worth your money and your time.

Room: The only good thing is the TV, it's already digital so we can see some local channels in HD, but that's pretty much it. Now for bad things: Dust everywhere, no hanger, smelly room, broken chair, smelly bed, smelly towels, non-functional shower, water leak from the toilet, lots of bugs, no hot water. Loud noises because for some reason some staffs were running around the corridor. Yes it is THAT bad. I know this is a cheap place, but my God it's horrible. Forget that HygienePass certification from RedDoorz, the hotel is NOT HYGIENIC AT ALL.

Service: Literally unfriendly staffs who can only focus on their cigarettes and phones, no hospitality at all. Customer's ID was held until we checked ourselves out, no other option like money deposit or something. Now you might think that the checkout formalities is processed at the reception. NO, IT'S NOT. You check yourself out OUTSIDE at the security post, where customer's ID is placed inside a tiny container without a lid, exposed to basically anyone passing by, no privacy AT ALL. God knows how many people saw and took photos of those IDs.

Location: Not that good since it's located at a narrow road (Cipedes Atas) several hundred meters from the main road (Gegerkalong Hilir, Setiabudi)

lokasi mudah diakses exterior = good to see handle pintu dari luar rusak, berkarat plafon banyak debu, bahkan sarang laba-laba, ga rapih juga masangnya, disambung sama triplek, ga masalah sih cuma ga enak diliat aja ckck jaringan TV jelek, semua channel buram ada abu rokok di laci meja, DAN PUNTUNG ROKOKNYA AJG PARAH meja berdebu, lu oles tu meja jari tangan lu pasti kotor AC kotor, berdebu, saking dah lamanya ga dibersihin nih ya, sampe coklat gitu warnanya, saking dah tebelnya tu debu, sampe bikin lama dingin gorden kotor, berdebu instalasi kabel listrik berantakan dipan kasur kotor, GAK PERNAH CUCI WKWK selimut sprei bau banget kayak dah ga keurus gitu tempat sabun berkarat, ada bekas lakban kamar mandi berkerak, lantai licin, banyak noda keset kotor parah lu keset kaki di situ telapak kaki lu jadi ada pasir/ tanah gitu WKWK air yg keluar dari bath shower dan jet shower ga rata gantungan buat bath shower juga udah ga layak pakai WC kotor berkerak gitu ajg ih JIJIK IYUH dalem lemari juga berdebu, naro baju jadinya di kursi pas nyampe listrik ga nyala, remote TV ga ada, kudu telpon dulu deh HUFT saran : mending lu purchase rada mahal untuk room yg lebih layak. never ever come back here for the next staycation. worst experience i ever had, mba mas yg baca jgn sampe ngalamin ya....

Very affordable price with spacious parking lot. But will NOT come again for the second time nor recommend it to someone else. The room is tidy enough but AC is broken (luckily Bandung is not that hot at night). The bed sheet seems ages ago being replaced. I got bitten by bedbugs while sleeping. And be prepared because the care takers will hardly listen & hardly do anything to...
