Rooms Inc. D'Botanica Bandung — Hotel in Bandung City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rooms Inc, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with this 3-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from the airport and is situated in the heart of Bandung's city center. What makes this hotel stand out, however, is its exceptional team and the attention they pay to their customers.

The rooms at Rooms Inc are basic but well-appointed. My four-day stay was comfortable thanks to the cozy bed, basic tea-making facilities, and ample wardrobe space. What really stood out to me, though, was the hotel's team. They were attentive, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

On one occasion, my son had left his sandals in another room after checking out, and after a quick call to the hotel, they immediately messaged us to let us know that they had found the item and kept it at reception. Similarly, I had left my sunglasses in the lobby one morning, and when I asked the team about it in the afternoon, they messaged me back to let me know that they had found them and kept them at the lobby. I was truly impressed with the team's quick and efficient response to our needs as customers.

The hotel is also attached to a mall with a food court and several stores, which adds to the convenience of staying at Rooms Inc. Overall, I consider Rooms Inc to be the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bandung. If you're looking for a 3-star hotel with a 5-star team, Rooms Inc is definitely the way to go.

PS: for those light sleepers, the walls are a little thin so you can hear noises from next door and outside. Breakfast can perhaps be improved to include more healthy and western options: oats, more fruits, other kids...

I planned to spend only one night here with my parents. After my parents and i checked in (21 Oct at 3 p.m.), the receptionist only gave us one key to access the room, at first i think that was okay. But at night, i left the room and went out with my friends till 2 a.m. in the morning (22 Oct) and i forgot that i don’t have key to enter my room. So i went to the receptionist asking for another key, but the receptionist didn’t give me the key i don’t know why (he told me that it was the SOP), i tried to explain the condition that i don’t want to wake up, call or bother my parents because they have important meeting in the morning so i better use another key to enter the room, i told that i am a costumer here but he didn’t give a damn about it so i just tried to sleep on the couch in the hotel lobby (and i can’t sleep because there was so much mosquitoes) till the dawn then i called my parents that i cannot access back...

The hotel location is strategic, directly connected to d'botanica mall. To get to the hotel, you can go through the mall or through the parking lot near the ATM BCA, you have to take the elevator to the hotel lobby. There should be more instructions towards the hotel lobby. The hotel staff are friendly. Hotel room is quite ok. AC a bit noisy. The bed is comfortable and clean. The walls of the room are rather thin so it's quite noisy, you can hear sounds from outside the room and the next room. The hotel room curtains don't completely cover the sides so if it's a bit bright in the morning. Either this is the concept or a room design error. The hotel access card likes to have problems in the elevator, you have to ask the hotel lobby receptionist to reset it. Well overall the experience of staying here...
