Urbanview Hotel Newton Riau Bandung — Hotel in Bandung City

My family and i booked the hotel through traveloka we paid for the non breakfast one because we wanted to go in the morning (we didn't expect any breakfast).||When we arrived, everything went smoothly till we reached the elevator. We entered the elevator by 9 persons. Then suddenly it went down and didn't work. We wanted to panick but we succeed for not being panick. Some of us went to the 3rd floor by stairs (include my grandma who is already 60+ and we broughr our own stuffs). That was suck. It was my 1st experience stucked in a elevator.||When we arrived at the 3rd floor we met some staffs (unprofessionally uniform, e.g super tight jeans and bad greetings, duh), we asked them about the elevator and they told us that the maximum is 4 persons within. But we didn't notice since the sign isn't noticable. Freak, idk if they do Hazzard and things or not in this hotel.||Okay we learnt from the mistakes.||I've got room 307. When i entered the room, the room was really2 old and not that great.||It's dusty and scratchy.||The bathroom was smelly, so i sprayed my perfume.||Also, it's a bit dark, so i opened the door when i took the shower. I hate it.||They only provide 1 dental kit with 1 glass in the bathroom. Idk they don't provide shampoo or soap.||The linen feels so dirty.||Also, they only provide 1 mineral water 330ml.||2 tea bags, 1 coffee sachet, and a bunch of sugar sachet. Do they think i drink sugar water? Freaaak.||Also, at night before i slept, i decided to drink some tea, so i boiled the water with the kettle. ANd when i opened the kettle, it was watery. EW.||When i prepared the glass, the glass was dirty.||EW EW EW.||My grandma was asked the staff about the tissues within our room. 1 of them told her that they have prepare the tissues. But when we got back to the hotel, the tissue box was empty.||Idk what's going on with this hotel.||IT WAS SO HORRIBLE FOR ME.||And i absolutely...

the worst "3 star" hotel i ever been to. our family came with a car and had to parked our car in a basement with NO elevator, means we had to use the STAIRS carrying all of our heavy luggages. when we arrived in the lobby, theres no bellboy to help us with the luggages (i dont know if the fact we arrived late at night had anything to do with it or not). the hotel room itself is worse. they prepared some teabags and coffee sachets on the table... but theres no SPOON or anything we could use to blend the sugar in. the bathroom. they basically prepared everything we need to take shower. .. everything but SHAMPOO. when i thought nothing would surprise me anymore, this hotel proved me wrong. i have used many hotel's tootbrushes in the past, but that was (literally) the first time i experienced such low quality tootbrush. when i just starting to brush my teeth, the feathers (or whatever u call it) were starting to fall off and some of them even stucked on my teeth! those are just my experiences on the first day, i just hope nothing worse will happen...

i dont even know how this hotel got its stars... but ill give this hotel 2 stars just for its cleanliness and...
