Puri Perdana Hotel & Convention Hall — Hotel in Blitar

We got the non-smoking room on the third floor of the new building. The room was small but the furnitures were nicely placed so it doesn't feel cramped. No balcony, we got a window overlook the kampong next to the hotel (it's facing north). Everything is clean, the hot water worked perfectly. The room also comes with the usual tea and coffee set as well as the electronic kettle. We also got a pair of slippers (no idea why we didn't get two pairs instead, seeing it was a twin room) along with the bath towels. Check in and check out processes were quick and easy (booked online from a travel site), I need to left my ID card with the receptionist during our duration of stays 'though. The only fallback was probably the breakfast menu, it was very minimal and the staff was slow to refill them, probably due to the very rapid stream of guests coming and going through the early breakfast hours. Aside from that, location-wise it's in the center of the town, pretty near to Alun-alun Blitar by walking distance, a convenience store and some places to...

This hotel, locate at Central of Blitar city , easy to access, just 5 minute from Blitar Alun alun, and 10 minute drive to President Soekarno Cemestry Complekm where the traveler can be to visit an Museum and World Peace Gong||||The hotel are 2 part of Building the oldes and teh new building.||The main problem of this hotel, The Hotel staff at front Office not aware of the how to comunication between Visitor/customer and the Hotel.||||The second problem are, special od room at new Building where locate at the Corner, the smell of toilet is very strong and NOT Hygience.||Reefr to hotel standar, tahi is below the standar.||||for Traveler and or visitor, please ask to get the room at the Center and checkt first the smell before decide to used this room.||||Small swiming pool available and also mini play ground.||Parking Lot almost okey.||||Restaurant for breakfast is limited menu, including not good...

It took 25min to check inn. Arrived at the room to find no fridge, something that you need in 30 degree temperatures. Bathroom had mould everywhere, found dressing pins on the floor, pillows terrible, pillowcases and sheets putrid, towels even worse, White? More like beige. Laid on bed and started scratching. Both my wife and I slept fully clothed on top of the bed, itching all night. A 5 night booking paid for became 1 terrible night and checked out the next morning. Return to Malang for decent accommodation. Not sure how it got 3 star ⭐️ rating. Now trying to get $ back from booking company. After having to pay additional travel cost and new accommodation cost. Hopefully they have honour and return our $ for 4 nights paid accommodation unused....
