Last weekend I spent a night in Grage Hotel both for business and holiday with family. Location wise, this hotel can be easily found and surrounded by mall with lots of shops and stores, so this is a plus point. My family enjoyed the pool very much and surprisingly the hotel has an indoor pool (not a big one though) so its perfect when there is raining outside. The main pool was excellent due to its length and depth (works both for kids and older one that want to burn some calories). As for the breakfast menu, I consider that variety of menu is less then I usually get from a 4-star hotel. Options of food was limited, and they even charged additional cost for additional child that is above 2 years old. On the 1st day, me and my colleagues used hotel coffee shop to discuss and the place was OK. One inconvenient thing was some water drip on our couches, but I soon realized that its because it was raining outside, and no one adjusted the indoor temperature. In overall, the stay is good but in the future visit to Cirebon Iād like to know what another hotel in the city...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStayed for a night, on saturday 28 Nov 2021. Checked in at circa 19.00 wib. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, calmly handling our asking for a room change because we could still smell cigar stuffs in a non smoking room, tho in the new room we still had the same issue that even made my spouse couldn't sleep well thru the night, the elevator had even better and more fragrants scent. You all need to pay some concern on the bedroom's air and fragrance for the non smoking room. Amenities are good, towels are cleaned and sealed in a plastic bag, room pretty spacious, toilet is clean and pretty large, TV channels are adequate, anyway we booked Silver room. Breakfast menu is OK, love its tahu gejrot. Above all, Thanks for the service and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey told me to stay there because this is the best hotel in Cirebon. The hotel is more and less clean but everyhing is old; furniture is cheap imitation of wood, airconditioning old and very noisy, rooms not poperly insulated so that noise coming from muezzins praying outside and other rooms is far too much. If you want a non smoking room, like me, you get one without windows. Bathroom with prehystorical facilities and warm water that is no more than 1-2 degress warmer than cold one. Restaurant is less than everage, organization of the hall inexistent. Every day I had to re-magnetize my keys (both) which would not work again after few hours. The price is not extraordinary, but for this type of services should be less. If you can find a better...
