Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak Bali — Hotel in Denpasar Barat

This place was absolutely amazing. By far the best hotel my family has ever stayed in. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were all so sweet and went out of their ways just to make our experience just that small amount better. One of the staff, Dian was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful every time we saw her. One of my favourite staff here, though its so hard to choose as they were all so sweet.

The room we had was perfect for our family. It had all the facilities we needed! A balcony with an amazing view, a functioning kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lounge room (we had a fanily suite, perfect for families).

The restaurant and bar here had some of the best food and drinks I've had in my life! It felt like they had everything, from pizzas to duck! The breakfast buffet was also phenomenal! Everything there was absolutely amazing! They had almost anything you could want for breakfast, made by the most amazing chefs!

The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the other guests. I had noticed some of the guests were quite rude to staff, but despite this, the staff continued to be absolutely amazing to everyone they came across, no matter how rude the guest. Words can't describe how sweet and kind all the staff were.

8 day stay . We travelled back as we are buying a villa in Seminyak for the family We booked very last minute as we were meeting agents to see property.Checkin was a disaster. Arrived 245pm for a 3pm check in. Took our money said 10mins. 1 hour later I absolutely let them know. Manager finally gave us a room. Of note was the poor English they all spoke. Part of our package was airport pick up. That happened but we had to pay the driver. I told the manager and he told us they would pay for the return to the airport. As I checked out they asked me to pay for the transfer back. I refused as I had already paid for a transfer. It was a disgrace. In the end I walked off jumped in the taxi as I couldn't stand there arguing over it. I again paid the driver at the airport. Ari the manager conveniently was no where to be seen. Room was OK. Toilet would not flush most days. The big issue for me was the staff and management on reception. Absolutely poor. English was terrible which made it difficult to say the least. Note: When it rains the entrance in floods completely. You couldn't walk out. It is in a flood area. A taxi driver wouldn't drive us to the hotel due to the water level. This was 2 days ago.I am writing this sitting at bali airport. Would avoid. Very out of the way. No shops close by....

I had a truly pleasant experience at Ramada Encore Seminyak, and it all started with the warm welcome I received upon arrival. I was excellently assisted by Novi, who went above and beyond - not just during check-in, but all the way through to check-out. Her consistent professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

The hotel room was clean, cozy, and comfortable - perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. One highlight was the staff across the board, from the hotel team to the restaurant crew. Everyone was polite, all smiles, and radiated a sincere “happy to serve” energy that made the atmosphere feel light and welcoming.

A special shout-out as well to the staff who promptly contacted me when I accidentally left my charger behind. They immediately informed me and returned it without any hassle - such honesty and attentiveness are truly appreciated.

The hotel is also well-suited for families, with spacious areas, a great pool, and a relaxing environment. It strikes a perfect balance between quiet comfort and convenient access to the heart of Seminyak.

I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bali, whether you’re on a solo trip, with a partner, or on a family vacation. I’m definitely looking forward to...
