Macoa Village — Hotel in Gili Trawangan

The owner of this place is an awful person.||I stayed 1 month here and i don't know how I handled to be here all the time.||-No internet, because there is "no money"||- The swimming pool was alright when we arrived, but after zero maintenance the water get green. We realize he cleaned the swimming pool one afternoon and the day before new guests arrived. That was the reason it had so strong clorum smell.||- Continually the electricity was turned off and the room are ovens!! At the beginning he shouted down the main swith, after i found it, he just charge with money the electricity for work at night. Many times he told me it was a general island power off, but was him always. The last time he disconnected my AC from the roof and he said he called the "maintenance guy" who obviously never came. The second night i got a scale and get to the roof and turned on the AC. After this I didn't see him again.||- He took our bike for 4 days and returned when we were living.||- Often fights and screams with her wife, sometimes broken glass were found in the entrance of the rooms because of this.||- always was high.||- need to add something else?? Situated North in the island Macoa Villas offers a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. We stayed while doing dive courses elsewhere on the island. The staff are kind and friendly and will help you with anything you need.The villas are a short bike ride from the main seafront area so you are not disturbed by the party goers.||The rooms have an en- suite shower room good wifi and good air conditioning.
