The Roast House — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

The Roast House is my wife and I favorite place restaurant on Gili T! We absolutely adore this place. Unpretentious food cooked with time and attention. We had lunch at The Roast House and was blown away so we returned for dinner. We recommend visiting The Roast House with an empty stomach and try as many dishes as possible. Our favorites were the braised short ribs, pork chops and grilled mackerel. We also tried the roast chicken which was moist and perfectly seasoned. All of the dishes we tried were well seasoned.

Staff at The Roast House were friendly and made us felt welcomed. Steve and 3 were very helpful. Service with a smile and a positive attitude. We had a great conversation with Steve about local cultures on Gili T and the surrounding islands. Went here twice while in Gili Trawangan, due to the high regard for the burgers and chicken! On our first visit we had the burgers, and while they were good, I can't say that they were the best option. The patty was really good, but the rest of the burger was a little bland. The second visit we had the whole chicken, and holy... make sure that you bring a friend. We had a full chicken split between the both of us and the portion was more than enough. The gravy and vegetables were awesome and had just the right amount of spices. The chicken was a bit dry, but we came in the afternoon so I dont think it was during their peak time.

so they have a separate section for Pork products and that's good, but why alot of the other choices in the normal menu has Pork products and its written so small that it could be ordered wrongly,

Do ask if your meal contains pork products or not before ordering, because they'll never warn you about it,
