POP! Hotel Tebet — Hotel in Jakarta

Location: Located on South Jakarta. You can't find many restaurant near here, but beside here is Sate Khas Senayan and not too far from the hotel there is McD. The nearest mall is Mall Kota Kasablanka which you can reach with Grab or Uber.

Facilities: They have mineral water dispenser on each floor, so you can have hot drinks or cold drinks. The lobby is small and the dining room too.

Room: Of course the room is pretty small (it's a budget hotel). Bathroom is small, you can have hot water, and there is no lock on the bathroom's door. In my room, there are 2 bed; one double size bed and one sofa-like bed. They only provide 2 pillows and a blanket. The curtain in my room is broken, so I couldn't open or close the curtain easily. You can watch many channels on TV (it's a cable TV). The room itself is sound-proof, so you can have a private time without...

I arrived and my room was smell and the exhaust from the bathroom was so noisy and the AC also not clean.

I requested to change room, and finally they move me to better room (no noise and no bad smell).

Pak Buchori from engineering really helpfull . He helped me to move the room and helped me with my luggage. He also make sure everything in the room is good.

As the budget hotel, with that price, it is considered oke. Clean room, nice bed with basic breakfast and very basic toiletries.

Tips: If you need more variation on breakfast, you need to choose other budget hotel. Please bring your own toiletries as they only provide shower gel, sop and toothpaste.

This is the best hotel for families on a trip or for traveler looking for a low budget hotel. By the time I came to this hotel, the rate was Rp400,000++, but if you had the time you can look for a lot of discount in several travel booking sites and you may get Rp350,000 per night. You can choose a room for 2 or 3 people, but don't expect to get a bathtub. The hotel itself is clean, the breakfast were free, but unfortunately, they don't have any toothbrush in their rooms.
