Stayed here for 3nights. Interior designs of the hotels public area and room was aesthetics. Good to mention that they have smart TV which could play Youtube/Netflix (using your own account) that make us comfortable to stay in the room with on demand videos. Car parking was limited thus I need to give the car key to the security in charge. The room was provided with amenities such as coffee, tea, free refilled water, sugar, soap, shampoo, slippers and dental kit, however we need to ask for “borrowing” the hairdryer to the reception and we could use it for 1 hour. The hotel located at the city centre of Jakarta, there is convenient store across the hotel. There are mini sauna facilities along with jacuzzi on the rooftop for free.
I took the room with breakfast package, the breakfast was buffet and for me the variety was enough. The restaurant is on the 6th floor and gave us a pleasant city view during breakfast. The taste of breakfast main course was good but the other menu was average, not really good but not bad. Regarding the juice, why is it always tasteless? 😂 The services of the reception staff was okay, but the restaurant staff can improve their problem solving skills and their services especially mas Okta. I was complaining about other guests took the table that I’ve booked to had breakfast and he just respond “hehe, I don’t know” 🤷🏻♀️ 🫨🙂↔️ made me so speechless. Luckily the restaurant was not full and I could just easily moving on to another unoccupied table. But their response to my complaint still gave me unpleasant service experience during the stay.
Quite good choice to stay here if you want to enjoy the pleasant hotel facilities, interiors in the Central Jakarta, but do not expect too much for the good services...
Read moreThe hotel is nice and beautiful. However there is a room for improvement. The room space a bit small but I guess with that price is okay. The room is not sound proof. I stayed at level 5 which is just 1 level from the rooftoo cafe. They are open that soace for event at night. I stayed there 3 nights and got birthday/wedding event and etc. The sound a bit loud and I can hear them clearly in my room. And not only that, I can hear the sound of furniture being moved, prehaps that sound were during restaurant closing. Cant sleep soundly before 1am. I suggest for this who wanted to stay here, can have level 1-4 and avoid 5 if you want to have a good sleep.The breakfast is ok for me. Simple but nice. The service quite okay but they did not change the bed cover daily tho I stay for 4 days and 3 nights.The location is good, got coffee shop, convenient store and street food nearby. However, if you intend to go shopping at the central jakarta - GI/PI/Thamrin City/Tanah Abang, this is not the best place. The hotel is just near but because of traffic jam, 30-40mins to arrive to that central jakarta. Would suggest to stay near Thamrin City.The street food nearby is nice and cheap. Read morePLEASE DON’T STAY HERE! Pictures attached!!Theres many other choices with similar price around the area . Definitely will be more cleaner, more quiet, better service and overall worth the money you spend.
The only good thing about this hotel is the aesthetics. Thats it.
the room was not cleaned properly -spider web everywhere -dusty every where -the room smells funny -the bed sheet is dirty (stained) -duvet surely not changed from previous guest, cause it does not smelled fresh, and it makes us itch (we ask to change, they change it straight away and it was much better) -party upstairs until midnight. the sound was very disturbing especially for kids whos trying to sleep -the towel is dirty, got stained and yellowing with blackish spot. We end up using all the towels for floor mats.
Never again will comeback here, please for you own sake, dont stay here. We got fooled from just the look of the building from the outside.
And yes. We complained about everything when we checked out, but the front desk guys just said “ya i’m sorry, i’m sorry” i guess they are used to the complain.
