Bahasa : Sebuah tempat menawan yang tersembunyi di selatan jakarta. Dengan harga yang di berikan, kita mendapat kamar yang jauh lebih menawan di banding tempat-tempat lain di jakarta. Terutama tipe Suite & Family yang sangat memukau dari segi luas dan fasilitas.

Terakhir kami mencoba family room, 2 kamar tidur + 1 kamar tidur + 2 area makeup & lemari dengan luas area 90m2. dengan langit-langit yang sangat tinggi dan terletak di gedung yang terpisah dengan kamar-kamar biasa. Sangat nyaman dan exclusive.

Tapi sayangnya karena jauh dari gedung utama, sinyal wifi walau dapat 1-2 bar tapi tidak dapat connect. Di 1 kamar suite bisa, tapi harus dengan dengan sisi tembok terdekat dengan gedung kamar regular. Airnya juga berbeda dengan gedung utama, cukup kecil pancurannya. terkadang habis untung di kamar family sudah ada ember diisi air full

Wifi sendiri di gedung utama cukup kencang, kami dapat speed sekitar 20-30 mbps. TV menggunakan MNC Vision yang sangat basic options. sehingga FOX, HBO dll tidak dapat. Kami bila pun menonton via mnc hanya nonton NHK, karena yang lainnya tidak ter subscribe.

Staffnya banyak dan sangat ramah. Akses memang sedikit jauh ke jalanan yang penuh dengan makanan, tapi dalam radius 1 KM banyak sekali rumah makan, 3 taman umum, supermarket dan lain2.

Parkir mobil cukup memadai, dan sedang dalam pembangunan kolam renang di belakang gedung.

Restoran juga tersedia dari pukul 6 AM - 11.30 PM dengan harga makanan yang murah dan bervariasi. Rasanya biasa aja tapi. tapi mengenyangkan.

Bila memilih tipe kamar regular, cari yang pojok belakang. Karena tiap 2 kamar itu ada connecting door, sehingga walau di tutup tapi suaranya tembus. Bila pilih yang belakang harapannya kita cukup beruntung tidak di isi kamar sebelahnya. Heheh

PS: tiba di sini pukul 11 pm - 5 am, anda akan di sapa palang yang indah di ujung gang. Harap siap melompati / mengolongi bila tidak ada satpam yang membuka.

English : Its a hidden gem inside of south jakarta. Very much a value deal, new building, kind staff, nice rooms (esp the suite), lots of trees.

Our last stay here, we tried the family room. 2 BR + 1 Bath + 2 Make up area. With a total area of 90m2 and a high ceiling, located seperately from the main building with the regular type rooms. Very comfortable & exclusive.

Unfortunately because of its distance from the main building, the wifi reception is very poor. Any attempt to connect will fail. we only succeeded in the suite room, and thats by standing on the side that was nearest to the main building. The water flow is much smaller than the main building rooms. Sometimes none at all.

The wifi itself is quite fast, we got around 20-30 mbps. The TV uses MNC Vision with a very basic channel options. Dont expect FOX, HBO, NAT GEO etc. The only foreign channel I could watch was NHK.

The staff are plenty and kind. The access is a bit deep inside from the main road. But within 1 km radius, there's tons of food options, minimarts, 3 public parks.

It is a tad bit far from the nearest Transjakarta bus stop (ragunan) or train station (lenteng agung) which is about 2.5 km. But theres loads of food and things to do around here if you just need to disconnect from the city without being too far from it.

There's also a restaurant here that's open from 6 Am - 11.30 PM with very cheap prices. The taste is so so, but it's fulfilling.

If you choose the regular type room, find the furthest one. Because the rooms are all coupled with connecting doors. so even though its closed, you can quite here the sound from the other room. so by choosing the furthest one, hopefully you will get an empty room next to you. hehehe.

PS : arriving 11 PM - 5 AM you will see the road path to the hotel closed. (Palang). Prepare to jump over, slide under if the security guy...

Don't waste your money. The room looks fancy but when you go in there's food on the floor, the bed is filthy and the are no sheets! The bathroom is filthy and the water goes cold after only 1 minute while showering. The non smoking room stinks of cigarette smoke and opening the door and windows doesn't help because you're surrounded by smokers all day and night. My throat is raw from coughing! The WiFi won't connect because the signal is too weak everywhere in the room.

Basically, all the things you expect from accommodation are non-existent here. Maybe some rooms are better, but this is...

Book ahead of time to get the cheapest promo available. Although the place is a bit remote but also not hard to find (just follow gps and you'll be okay). Room is clean, but the pillows has stain on it, towel also has torn fabric. Good shower with hot and cold water. Almost everyroom good for 2 adults and children.
