I’ve always loved Fore, especially their Seasalt Butterscotch Latte (large, with extra corumble and caramel), honestly my go to menu that I would chase at any Fore outlet. Since I’ve been working from home and luckily there’s a store near my place, I thought I’d just grab it here.
But sadly, this turned out to be my first and last time coming to this outlet. The baristas were unfriendly, cold, and even a bit rude when I asked about my order (which was delayed), while customers who came after me somehow got theirs first. For a brand like Fore, I find it strange that service quality isn’t taken seriously. Isn’t good hospitality supposed to be part of their standard?
I can’t help but wonder, was it because I came in wearing just a plain wrinkled t-shirt (since I was WFH) that they judged me and treated me differently? If that’s the case, it’s honestly quite funny… and disappointing at the same time.
Good customer experience is more than just serving a tasty cup of coffee. It creates loyalty, positive word of mouth, and long-term value for the business. A bad experience, on the other hand, easily drives people away, no matter how good the product is.

Banyak banget Grab/Gojek yang antri ambil orderan. Saya pesen lewat aplikasi Fore Coffee, saya pikir antriannya bakal beda. Ternyata sama aja LAMA BGT kyk antrian driver online. HARUSNYA DIPISAH antriannya dong! prioritasin yang pake aplikasi Fore. Kan pick up aplikasi Fore itu langsung kepada pihak kedua (customer), bukan kyk driver ojol pihak ketiga yg pick up dapet komisi dan emang risk kerjaan mereka. Lantas gunanya aplikasi sebagai wujud loyalitas kepada customer tu apa kalo antriannya disamain dengan driver ojol? banyak bgt yg pake aplikasi Fore tadi cancel pesanan gara2 antriannya ternyata sama dengan driver ojol. Udah mana drivernya pada ngeluh, lesehan di lantai, duduk di kursi customer, ngeldekin customer yg cancel dengan kata2 "terima kasih sudah bersilaturahmi dgn ojol hahaha", jadi bikin suasana gak nyaman. Read moreAs for coffee, it depends on personal taste, but in my opinion, Fore is very good😋. But imo this place.. still ok for wfc since there are many sockets. They have outdoors and indoors, clean toilets, many seats. Maybe the only downside of this place is just the bad wifi.. and weird parking...
