Regato Suites — Hotel in Jakarta

All things considered, this was a pretty bad stay: place was renovating, hallway & stairs a little dilapidated, hot water takes a long time and wasn't hot.

The place was renovating and we just knew about it when we arrived. The concern was the renovation took place on the 2nd floor/rooftop area and it's likely that unprotected debris from this area enters the swimming pool. I had intended to swim here but decided against it due to this.

Hallway and stairs were also quite dilapidated and there was some black mold on the ceilings. The sole musholla looked old and lonely, and the architecture doesn't make a lot of sense either.

Amenities — no shower soap, hot water takes a long time to get hot and it never really does, AC was on its last breaths before needing the next maintenance cycle. Comped bottled water was Vit (a personal dislike). TV was smart, thank God, and there's tea and coffee.

Overall at the price point you can find much better...

Air panas tdk ada, menginap dsini 2 hari air panas tdk ada sama skali pdhal resepsionis bilang d tunggu nanti air panasnya kluar, udh dsuruh panggil teknisi t katanya gkada teknisi. Hotel gak tergolong murah tp air panas aja gabisa, plus wifi lemott gk niat ngasih wifi

Kolam renang kotor, bawahnya ijo Toilet kotor dan jet shower sudah rusak Kamar sunyi senyap lampunya redup

this hotel is really worst!! i lost 250 thousand rupiah for this bad hotel, masuk ke kamarnya udaranya panas sekali, kamar mandi rusak dan bau, atap kamar sudah keropos, ada kecoa sampe anak kecoanya, merinding, minta staff untuk tanggung jawab tetapi alasan tidak ada equiment untuk membersihkannya bahkan semprotan anti serangga juga tidak ada, akhirnya tidak jadi menginap dan memilih untuk pergi...
