Belvilla Hii Inn Garuda Wisnu — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! It was completely a terrible experience. We were fully paid via agoda for 2 nights and upon checking in, the staff informed us that there was a glitch in the system, and what we paid for was less than half of it. They were asking us to pay IN CASH, even if it was FULLY PAID via agoda, thru card. They kept messaging us on the 2nd day, and even said they will pull out our things from the room if we don't settle the payment. We politely informed them that we will be WILLING to pay VIA AGODA if they informed us about the "glitch/system error", but agoda did not even try to contact us beforehand or inform us about the issue. WE WILL SETTLE THE PAYMENT VIA AGODA BECAUSE THAT'S WERE WE BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. It felt like a scam. They kept bugging us while we were on tour!! Even our driver said that it was so fishy. This was booked 6 or 7 months before our trip and NEVER DID THEY OR AGODA ATTEMPTED TO REACH OUT TO US, WHICH MEANS NOTHING WAS EVER AN ISSUE. We felt unsafe because the "so called owner" was aggressive via chat. And when we said we will be arriving at 7pm (for our 2nd night), they wanted us to wait by 8:30. LOL, after messaging us the whole day of our vacation, they wanted us to wait because the owner is not at the property. IT REALLY FELT LIKE A SCAM AND WE FELT UNSAFE BECAUSE THEY THREATENED US THAT THEY WILL REMOVE OUR THINGS AND WONT ALLOW US TO STAY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT. It was really terrible because we had to find another hotel (luckily a better one). We could just stayed there to relax for a small amount but we don't want to tolerate such bad treatment and rude "owner" so we decided to leave. We did not try to wait 1.5hrs because the whole day has been terrible, and THEY DID NOT EVEN MESSAGED NOR APOLOGIZED FOR THE HASSLE...

Don’t recommend! Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing and stressful. A few days before our arrival, we informed the property via Booking about our delayed check-in, and they confirmed that everything was fine. To ensure everything was still okay, we also contacted the property again via WhatsApp. However, instead of confirming our booking, the administrator demanded an additional 1,000,000 IDR for a transfer we never requested.

When we arrived at the property, the administrator at the reception cancelled our booking, he was incredibly rude, speaking to us in an aggressive tone and telling us to leave. He falsely claimed that we had not contacted them at all, despite clear evidence of our communication on Booking.com and WhatsApp. He also lied, saying the property was fully booked by other guests, even though it was still available for booking on the platform after our reservation was canceled.

This unnecessary cancellation caused Booking to attempt to charge us for the full stay, despite the issue being entirely caused by the property.

The property’s unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disrespect for guests are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking...

Beautiful, clean and well looked after property. Stayed for 2 months and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term stay. Kitchen is clean and great to use if you are wanting to cook or heat things up. Bedrooms are modern, clean and air con works great and is regularly cleaned. The staff are lovely, kind and welcoming and always helpful to any requests or questions you have. Great central location with shops and convenience stores close by, easy scooter drive away from restaurants, supermarkets and spas etc....
