Terrible customer service and food! Save your money and go somewhere else. We placed an ordered through the app Grab and the restaurant contacted us saying they only had half a serving out of the two serving orders we placed. We asked them to cancel this item as there’s no point only getting half a portion between a family of 4. The lady said she already fried the food and that we should take as it is… I told her that she should’ve checked since she didn’t have the correct amount and asked her to cancel once again. She eventually agreed. Instead of changing our order in the app she put a note of 100k in our delivery bag to compensate the 120k that was canceled… how does this math work - she is 20k short….!? And to make it worst, she didn’t inform that the money was with our delivery to us nor the driver, which caused a lot of confusion. We called the restaurant and the lady who answered was very unpleasant and aggressive. When we finally sorted everything out and sat down to eat, we were extremely disappointed with the taste. The beef was extremely dry and tasteless. It almost had a cardboard taste, not to mention it looked very unappealing. The brigadeiro tasted nothing like it was supposed to taste. It tasted and has the consistency of cheap chocolate syrup from a bottle… we are a Brazilian family and know Brazilian food well and this was...
Read moreA taste of home with a tropical twist. After a few weeks exploring Asia, we found ourselves craving the comforting flavors of home. This restaurant immediately caught our attention, and it did not disappoint! The ambiance is cozy and vibrant, with a laid-back surf vibe that perfectly matches the tropical setting. The staff were exceptional, super friendly, talkative, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers classic Brazilian dishes, just like you’d find back home, but with a subtle Indonesian twist in the preparation. The food is incredibly well-seasoned, full of bold and authentic flavors that reminded us of the richness of Brazilian cuisine. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, and the portions are generous. That said, there were a couple of small drawbacks: the rice seemed to have been reheated, and the fresh orange and pineapple juice was watery. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to satisfy your cravings for Brazilian food, with a unique tropical flair. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort food in a relaxed and...
Read moreI’ve never really tried Brazilian food besides bbq, so I had no idea what to expect. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and has a bunch of souvenirs—all with price tags (which is a nice change since that’s not always the case in Bali).
We’re happy to report that we loved our meal! Between the stroganoff and moqueca, the moqueca was the clear winner. It’s packed with flavor, super comforting, and just feels good to eat. At 70K IDR per portion, it’s not exactly cheap for budget eaters like us, but the taste made it totally worth it.
Paying was easy too—they have an EDC machine for card payments. Definitely coming back for...
