I don’t even know where to start, but let me start with Chef Alexis! He is brilliant. Every dish, the way it was planned, and the flavours were nothing short of perfect. He uses only high-quality ingredients, and you can truly feel his passion through his work.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Alexis made me feel as if I were sitting at a table in his own home, comfortable, cosy, beautifully lit and organised. But what makes it even more special is the conversation. Alexis is such a friendly, genuine person that I felt like we had been friends for years.

And now, the best part, the food. It was outstanding! Every dish was top-notch, a true French experience with a touch of worldwide inspiration. For me, the desserts were the highlight: the new chocolate crêpe with orange was a solid 10/10, and the crème brûlée was simply the best I’ve ever had. Alexis was right when he said, “It will be the best you’ve ever tried.”

Far out, this was by far one of our favourite dining experiences in Uluwatu. The owner is both the chef and your personal customer service assistant. Meals are tailored precisely to your taste with refined attention to detail. We were educated on coffee varieties and had the most delicious full bodied smooth coffee to start. This was followed by the most decadent bowl of oats I’ve had in my life. So creamy, the perfect level of sweetness and healthy crunchy toppings.

My partner had the croque and was talking about it for days. I had a bite - it was divine. The texture of the bread and the flavours of the cheese both made it a bite to remember! Photos unfortunately do not do the food justice - looked better in real life, I just lack photography skills!

The owner/chef/server made everything such a wonderful experience. Customer service was at the highest level, plus he was just such a fun person...
