Geronimo Guesthouse — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

I stayed at this guest house for almost a month but had to leave right before check out because I couldn’t deal with the condition of the place. From the outside, it looks nice, and the photos on Airbnb make it seem inviting, but once inside, it was a different story. The room was dirty, with stained bedsheets, and the bathroom was in terrible condition, dirty toilet, sink, and walls. To top it off, I had to kill cockroaches during my stay. When I raised the issue with the host, he seemed uninterested and didn’t know what to go about it. I suggested he send someone to clean, but the cleaning was half-hearted. The sheets got a little better, but the walls and bathroom were still gross. It’s frustrating when a host doesn’t take concerns seriously. The place has potential, but without proper cleaning and better customer service, it’s not worth the money. I really think the host needs to step up...

Bad service.. Canceled to stay.. We already booked and paid the room but when we came there was no staff in the front office, and they just left phone number. We called them and the staff just easily said, the room is full... And we called the booking agent and we should wait 30 mins, we waited there and another guest came and she borrowed our phone to call the staff cos she doesnt have local sim card. And the staff came, and I told the staff I have been waiting here 30 mins more and you didnt come but when another guest called you borrowing our number and u came in hurry, what the hell is that.. She just said easily I was busy with loundry? Whaat? And I booked another hotel in surrounding and welcomed by the...

Stayed 3 nights and it was awesome. Clean rooms with a nice (but small) pool and no hassle....
