Chimichurri gets its name from the delicious condiment served with its perfectly charcoal-cooked steaks. The Argentinian-style steak house also offer scrumptious burgers, baguettes, pizza, chicken and vegetarian main dishes. Complimentary lemon-infused water and a piquant pickled beans served with baked-in-house bread is provided with each meal.
The charcoal aroma walking up to the restaurant from the parking lot is mouth watering. The steaks are cut from some of the best Aussie beef you will find (full disclosure - I’m Aussie), and you can order different cuts in 100 gram portions, which they will cook to perfection to your desired doneness. Side note 1 - anything more than medium rare is sacrilege and you are going to hell. Side note 2 - for all you pompous eye fillet snobs out there, rump, thus the picañha, beats any other cut of beef for flavor, any day of the week. Fight me!
Don’t pass up the Hojas Verdes salad that comes as a side dish with steaks, or be sure to order it as an extra if you get another dish. If you feel like something sweet to finish the meal, the Alfajor is delectable, and one is rich enough to share between two (or more) people.
Ample seating is available at ground level as well as roof-top seating which is perfect to catch the breeze in the afternoon once the sun has gone down.
The staff are warm, welcoming, and always smiling. There is a great casual ambience, the customer service is second-to-none, the food is delicious and the price is on-point.

Read moreExcellent steak, which they make as you want, I had medium, excellent fried potatoes as a side dish. My girlfriend had a chicken burger, which was well seasoned and not dry. At the end we tasted their grilled classic chorizo, which was actually a sausage that we didn't like very much, it had a strange texture, we wouldn't order it again. The staff was nice but the waitress was a bit confused and didn't know what we wanted but in the end the order was successful. We waited a bit longer for the food, but that is the standard in Bali. The seating area is open and by the road so don't count with air conditioning (we sweated a bit) and noise from cars and motorbikes from the street. In the restaurant there were dogs that sat at the table looking sad and wanted to feed, which can be unpleasant for someone. Overall we are satisfied with the meal, 4 out of 5 I give for the strange chorizo, for the missing of fans and the environment. Otherwise satisfaction, you definitely need to...
