The villa was nice enough with a great pool however the location of the villa was the biggest let down. I wasn’t aware it was so far away from the main area of Uluwatu with it being a 25-30 minute scooter ride. It was within a 10 minute scooter of the beach clubs which was great. The staff were great, especially the girls who came and cooked us breakfast every morning. There was a filtered water machine which was great as we didn’t have access to bottled water as there were no restaurants or marts within walking distance. It was easy to get a scooter into the main area or nusa dua which is not far however we spent a lot of time in our villa due to the lack of access. It was great having our own pool and kitchen. There were quite a few monkeys in the area however if food wasn’t left out or doors were closed, they did not cause any problems. They have security so I did not feel unsafe at all during my stay. The air con was fine however may not be strong enough in much hotter weather. We had a power outage for a few hours but the staff were very communicative straight away and it was fixed pretty quickly. I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the location.

Staff at this villa were super friendly and the breakfast they made us in the morning was nice. The villa itself is good and the pool is nice. The villa isn’t in a very accessible area and to get to anything including restaurants and supermarkets you need to take a bike and the Villa is situated on a very steep hill which is hard to wheel suitcases, there are also a lot of monkeys around, whilst they are friendly they do tend to hang out in the pool area. The villa is also past some cows/ dirty areas which are smelly, but not the villa itself and there was also a dog that chased one of us on a scooter at one point. However, staff were very good at communicating, specifically when the power went out on the first night, and it was only out for a few hours and remained on for the rest of our stay. Also really loved the ladies who cooked our breakfast, so friendly. Cleanliness was decent and the staff came to clean every single day, however occasionally stains on the towels.

Absolutely do not book this place. The welcome was cold and unprofessional. The room was shocking: dim lights, no bedside lamp, broken bulb, cracked window, dust everywhere, and a horrible smell in the bathroom. To make it worse, cockroach spray was left on the table completely unacceptable. You also need to keep the doors shut at all times or monkeys will come inside.

The facilities are neglected: dirty, unmaintained pool, sunbeds without mattresses, a bare wooden terrace, broken outdoor lighting, and furniture that hasn’t been changed in decades.

The villa itself is outdated, not modern at all, and totally isolated. The location is terrible: far from shops and beaches, inaccessible for disabled guests or taxis, and only reachable via a steep 25% slope, making it extremely impractical with luggage. On top of that, the photos shown online are not representative of reality a complete scam.

In short: dirty, unsafe, outdated, and badly located. One of the worst experiences ever — avoid...
