The way the administration and agents in this compound work is very unprofessional.

They will do the absolute minimum to get your money for as long sf they can and then they will not maintain the properties, trying to get you the tenant to repair their villas for them. At one point I had 4 villas in this complex and due to the low quality of construction and accountability from individual owners, we have pulled out completely.

Everything from monkeys attacking villas and roaming free - to dogs attacking and killing a guests cats - to mold and fungus in old mattresses and bed sheets that owners refuse to replace, I cannot explain how terrible this compound really is.

I have lived here and operated a business but due to the complete lack of standards and professionalism on every level I am sad to post this very accurate and honest review of a place that could be so much better.

For a guest wanting to rent here, villas b2,b3,c1 and c2 are not fit for long term and whatever the agent (probably Nita) or the owners Edwin, Paulus etc say - you will face severe water and plumbing issues. Drains will clog and water heaters will function intermittently.

When you go for a viewing I highly recommend checking each and every mattress and pillow as they will instruct staff to merely cover it up with fresh linens leaving the fungus and mold to make you slowly sick over time.

The villas in this compound are worth roughly 12 million a month maximum (3 bedrooms) which is around 400,000 per night for the whole villa. If you’re quoted more than that - they’re trying to steal your money by giving you no value for your money.

Sad to have to post this but after my experiences of the last 3 years the truth needs to be told to save future guests from dealing with what we have dealt with.
