New Kubu Di Bukit — Hotel in Kuta

What can I say, it's worn out, cramped together and definitely not quiet.

Wayan is a nice guy, but that doesn't justify the place. It's old and worn out. Very noisy, from the nearby street and something what sounded like a local pub, don't forget the roosters. You hear everything through the thin walls and we had a thing next to the door that kept beeping all night. I WhatsApped and Wayan a couple of times from 6pm till 9pm but no response. He just ignored it.

Toilet paper was not there or things like soap, I tried to contact Wayan but again no response. The pictures on Booking are nothing like the place you get. The WiFi is very bad, the list goes on.

For the price of 300k there are so much better places to stay then here. Only positive thing, we luckily booked here...

Chose this place to stay as it’s close to the airport, highly regret that decision! Went off the reviews as people said it was decent and quiet, hardly got any sleep! Apparently people are allowed to talk past midnight loudly, music blaring from somewhere and there are roosters next door. Also there was no soap, toilet paper in the room either (delivered to us after we went to bed when we asked hours before). I have paid the same price and gotten incredible places in Bali! You can find better elsewhere. Also Wayan showed us to the room and then not seen again or could be contacted until after we had gone to sleep. The place is worn out and the energy isn’t good here. Do yourself a favour and stay...

Excellent place to stay for weeks or months. good access to main road, shops nearby, food places, supermarket... They have nice rooms (including wifi) with small kitchen & fridge, tv inside (daily cleaning) and small pool in the center as well as more basic rooms (in another building beside) with ac but no wifi/pool.
