Red Dragon Ramen is a must-visit for any ramen enthusiast. From the moment you step in, the inviting aroma of rich broth and fresh noodles greets you, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience.
I opted for the classic tonkotsu ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth was robust and flavorful, with a perfect balance of richness and depth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right chewiness.
The toppings were also on point. The chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the marinated egg was a delightful addition. The garnishes of green onions and nori added freshness and texture to the dish.
The service was excellent, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and quick to accommodate any special requests.
Overall, Red Dragon Ramen offers a top-notch ramen experience that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning ramen aficionado. I will definitely be returning to try more of their...
Read moreImpressive! So the rumor is true, that Red Dragon definitely is one of the best ramen place in Bali. The branch in Jimbaran is newly open, good news for me and those who stay in Uluwatu area.
I tried Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (76k ++) with additional Ajitama (6k++ per half egg). The broth is creamy, bold in umami flavor and balanced. This menu comes with medium (thickness) ramen, which I think it is already thick and absolutely enough for an adult (for big appetite like me, LoL). The pork slices (yes, plural) are to die for! Very well seasoned, tender, match perfectly with the noodle. I personally would love to have this menu with thinner noodle since the medium noodle comes a bit chewy BUT this is just personal preference.
The place is family or group friendly, with relatively comfortable seating and spacious parking area.
Uhm wait, I believe I saw a vegetarian (or vegan?) ramen menu, which is very interesting.
