AirCrew Sensation Bali - Be an Airline Captain for A Day - Flight Experience — Attraction in Kuta

I flew in the simulator and chose the 60 minute package. I booked via Whatsapp and reactions were fast and I was able to book a flight on the same day as I initiated contact.

The sim itself is very cool and complete. Every switch, button and lever works as it should. The connection between the cockpit hardware and the simulator software however was a bit buggy sometimes. For example, when I disengaged my auto-throttle, the throttle levers got permanently stuck into the last set position, which made landing a bit of a challenge bit fun! (I worked around the issue by cutting the engines off just before touch-down).

Our instructor (a real 737 pilot and ex-747 and 777 pilot) was very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English.

All in all, this was a very fun and cool experience and definitely worth the money. I truly recommend it to any aviation enthusiast. At the price, it's a steal. For a similar experience in Europe will cost you at 3...

Great pit stop location. Available: drinks (coffee, milkshakes, soft drinks, mocktails and more), snacks like pizza and lunch menu. Also a sisha bar outside.

Beware of your belongings! There were a handful misbehaving unattended kids. A kid tried to get my purse 3 times while we took photos on the propeller. It was on the table next to our drinks and food. When I yelled at him his dad just oblivously stared at him. Unfortunately I don't speak Russian so I could not tell the kid off myself why it's wront to steal. Bizar behavior.

Min. Spend 200K idr to check out the plane, the flight simulator is a little bit more expensive. There is a FS instructor on site. (Probably contact in advance if you want to go for this because there is one FS cockpit and the sessions can be very long up to your preference). We just stopped unplanned for freshing up on our way to nusa dua. There's a good big grass lawn for kids...
