strategic location, 5 minutes to the downtown, 15 minutes to the airport. hv disabilitas acses, luxury lobby, around the hotel many supporting factors, restaurants, kfc, cafes, Indomaret, bakeries etc. live performance of traditional Kolintang music on Tuesday, Thursday. spacious parking lot, but sometimes 4 parking slots at the entrance are only for highend cars. service is ok, employees are friendly, from security to room service. room ok. clean, hv teapot, mineral water, stdlah. the interior isnt bad but there are parts that need to be maintained, spcly room 1522, has a water barrier problem at the entrance to the bathroom, which often becomes a trap when leaving the bathroom. varied breakfast menu, western n eastern ok. but rather monotonous. yesterday there was no peanut butter provided but this time there was. pool, gym, its ok. smoking room representtv near the lobby its a good idea n good service. Competitive rates for business hotel types. overall ok great.

It's a pity how the management of this hotel changed. I am moved the star from 5 to 2. Its a lot. I stayed for 4 nights for bussiness trip. And this is what I got. The 1st room shall be for non smoking but smell of smoke. Then J must ask to change room. On te 1st day I ask help to deliver breakfast (tuna sandwich) to tbe room. And receptionist said ok. I had to go early. But i must call again in the morning. Second day I do laundry and I informed will be at 04.00 p.m. the same day. None. The makes me upsad. I always put on the clean room before I leave the hotel and quite morning 06.30 a.m. I am go back at 12.00 p.m. Did not clean at all nor my laundry. I shall ask again. Then I cannot rest. The facility in the room: very slow wifi water heater cannot be used (the extention was bad) and burn out. tv progam sometimes there is hbo sometimes not.

Please improve. As I am always stay in this hotel when visit Manado, this bad experience makes me...

Manado is a typical small but busy Indonesian city which is not adversely affected by Western tourism. The city is near Bunaken Island which is a world class diving area.

The hotel offered good value with a neat well appointed room for the price range. The hotel had a large restaurant with a good range of food on offer. The coffee was nice - which is not a feature of all hotels in Indonesia.

The hotel included a Spa and Gym. The Gym was relatively spacious with good equipment. The Spa offered a full range of massages and treatments - although ask about the best time for peace and quiet - as there can be noise from the nearby aerobics class if timing is not right.

There is a pool area which is pleasant enough for a city-based hotel and a nice escape from the typical air-conditioned hotel environment.

Overall the hotel offered a clean feel and good quality for this affordable...
