I recently visited Kanayama Ramen Restaurant in Manado and had a delightful culinary experience.

Ok here's my review

Undoubtedly this is one of the best ramen in town.

Chasiu Tonkotsu Ramen - they served you with cool lid and nice chopsticks.

Chasiu you can taste pork smoky flavour at the same time tenderness from the meat still there.

Stock? It can be better but for Manado its OK lah Understand that competition in town not so rough, I believe it's 18 -24 hours stock. Not to creamy but decent

Tamago - the best. Saltyness from shoyu and egg yolk superb

One twist Japanese custard pudding I can put it near sushi masha or sushi Hiro in Jakarta

One advise for management plz replace your spoon, I lost my spoon when Im enjoying your ramen (drown in my bowl)

I love the Ramen! The portion is just right for me, it doesn't make you food coma after finishing. But this is very subjective. If only the chasu was softer, it would be perfect. The Gyoza, could use more seasoning, and also the ingredients inside wasn't cooked well enough yet. The Takoyaki i like a lot. Not too much tepung, Just the right ratio of tepung and the ingredients inside. The workers there all very friendly and wear masks. Its located right beside the hotel, inside the parking area. Too bad the pudding wasn't available when i went. Will...
