Wisata Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Mataram

Absolutely awful experience. It may be cheap, but there must be plenty more places that provide value for money than this. I wouldn't even class this as a hotel.... Dirty, disgusting rooms, insects everywhere, inept staff, awful customer service, no breakfast when the agoda listing states it is included, and a broken shower head that leaked disgusting water on you. We aren't usually fussy when it comes to budget accommodation but this took the biscuit: spent half the night up itching as it looked like the sheets and room hadn't been attended to for about four years, and it was obvious the people working there weren't bothered whether their guests had a good stay or not.
