Pandawa Beach Resort and Spa Luxury — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Although we enjoyed our stay, this is definitely not a luxury resort. Our room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our king size bed and mini fridge. The sewer smell coming up from the bathroom sink was overwhelming at times where we had to open our door for fresh air. We ended up leaving a wet towel in the sink at all times to block the drain, which helped. There is no privacy using the toilet as only a clear piece of plexy glass in front which could cause for some awkward moments. The free breakfast was very limited and the most disgusting food we’ve ever had (we aren’t fussy!). The fruit, serving utensils and napkin covering some of the pastries were covered in flies. There was a fly zapper sitting right on the table with the food (food safe?). Some blowing fans and proper containers would be a start to an easy fix. The pancakes were raw and the sausage were cut up wrinkled wieners. We tried to eat it but were forced to leave and pay for our breakfast elsewhere. We booked for 1 night through online service, we stayed room no.5,

Pros: location is nice, friendly staff, early check in service is nice

Cons: we found large spider inside toilet (we kill it with hot water from kettle), there were 3 milipede crawling on the floor and 1 on the room wall, we had problem with water pressure all night (staff said its water pump trouble), the male staff try to helps us with giving us another room, we almost agreed and then we check the bed sheet its not newly put on as we found hairs under the blanket (both room are same situation with bed sheets)

At first arrival we were ok and happy to see room size is above average, but too pity the cleanliness service was the big issue here, at around 22.00 that night we decided to find other hotel, we left room key at receptionist desk because no one was there

To hotel owner, please do something for your hotel cleanliness and services

We stayed at pandawa for two nights in October 2018. First of all they should not use the word "luxury" in the hotel name, it is simply false.|The hotel is new and the rooms are big. That's all. |The pool is so small. They barely provide wifi, it was so poor you can't even sign in Netflix. Worked for WhatsApp though|The breakfast is quite simple for a regular hotel, not mentioning this is a luxury one.|Overall the price of the room is very expensive for what they offer and even more comparing it with the prices on Nusa Penida, the island is still developing and offers more competitive prices than it's neighbours.|We stayed in 5* hotels at Ubud and Nusa Dua much,much better and with lower prices.|If you want to pay with credit card a 2% price increase is applied..|The hotel is quite far from the must see places which are at the South West. |The sea side in front of the hotel is not a regular beach where you can...
