Penida Bakery Coffeeshop — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Good vibes, great owner and staff, awesome coffee, yummy food and fresh pastries.

Staying on the island and going diving this coffee shop and bakery has been my favourite little gem in the morning for breakfast and delicious coffee with local Indonesian beans and finally real milk. They even serve the coffee with free homemade cookies! Try the avocado toast or breakfast croissant fir breakfast, there excellent.

Always greeted with a smile and great service from the staff or if your lucky the owner Agus. He helped me so much with where to go on the island and recommended some great connections for diving and a driver to get me around.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There many better places. Have no idea how to get this rating... Food was overpriced and careless presented, taste poor and blend. Coffee okay. The worst is that I made the experience that when you pay you get charged the tax extra (nothing unusual) the worker didn't care and I was simply not in a mood for an argument..BUT it's not presented on the menu, which is against the law after some research.. Still it's small money but leaves a bitter aftertaste since you get often treated at this island like a walking ATM rather than a guest...

Wow what a place! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. We even got complimentary cookies when we sat down.

The lady was very attentive and quick to help us when needed and the food arrived very quickly. We ordered the quesadilla, enchiladas and naan which were all so so good! I highly recommend the veggie enchiladas. Everything was so flavorful and delicious.

Even when we had paid and said goodbye, they both walked us out and wished us a good night. We would recommend everyone to visit if...
