Google lists this as a 5 star hotel but I dont see how that is possible when the carpet in my whole floor is old and stained, also the in the room is worn. The room was neat but getting shabby, not perfectly clean (found hairs on the bathroom floor). Overall not worth the 600.000 i paid at the counter. I got bad diarrhoea during the night from food most likely hotel food but I cant be 100% sure. Chose this hotel mainly because of the garden and pool but sadly there was noisy music and yoga activity and some sales promotion activity with music all morning long (Saturday). Pool only has 4 chairs so they got taken very quickly. Nowhere to enjoy the pool site because the pondok are getting old and have no backrests. At least they are replacing the ceiling in my whole level but it smelled strong from glue from ceiling replacement works. The breakfast was good for hotel standards though the coffee wasn't to my personal taste. Service was great though, very helpful staff all the time, and the foyer was beautiful even...

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a five-star experience, but it was a huge letdown. The property is in serious need of maintenance and doesn't live up to its rating.

Rooms were extremely dirty – carpets were stained and had a terrible smell, and the bedsheets were old, torn, and uncomfortable. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, which was frankly unacceptable.

The restaurant was also disappointing. The AC wasn’t working, making it very uncomfortable to dine. Worse yet, the food quality was terrible; it tasted stale and left me wondering about the storage conditions for their meat.

Facilities were equally dismal. The gym was filthy and filled with broken equipment that seemed unsafe to use. The pool water looked murky, and I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay. It badly needs improvements and a thorough cleaning to even come close to a...

The main building's ambient and exterior are still relevant according to modern architectural. The room interior shall be modernized.

I had a bit disappointed to swimming pool service. The swimming pool is under regular cleaning during operational hour but they still open the pool for the guest (the pool open at 8 AM to 6 PM). Lots of moss and dirt floating on the pool. Very disgusting.

Suggestion to hotel management: Rooms interior shall be modernized and regular maintenance to the room shall be carried-out Routine maintenance/cleaning of swimming pool shall be conduncted out of pool's operational hour (even though, it will add staff's overtime work hour) Dedicated smoking room/area shall be immediately carried-out, so smoker may smoke freely in a dedicated area; a kid-friendly ambient
