Casa Cherish — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Casa Cherish is one of the most affordable, beautiful, and quaint places I have EVER stayed. It is exactly as described and as pictured and even MORE beautiful in person. The architecture is impeccable. It looks bigger and more spacious in person and feels like a mini-mansion, I was shocked! It is in the center of Canggu but just a few blocks far away from the tourist center that you still get the local feel. You will walk down the street and pass by a blend of both locals and tourists, which I love. You will walk down the street and no one will try and holler for your attention so you buy something from their shop.

You are a 5 minute walk from three famous breakfast spots - Crate Cafe, Copenhagen, and Barboa. There is an authentic Indonesian restaurant just 2 minutes from the Casa, and a nail spa and massage spa right next door with prices you can only dream of. While all services in Canggu are cheaper than the states, these places are still significantly cheaper than the spas right by the ocean. You can get to anywhere you want in Canggu on a bike with Grab or Gojek for less than $1. Nothing is more than 15 minutes away.

**note on Canggu construction noise: there is construction throughout all of Canggu, not just this area, so wherever you choose, you will hear noise. I knew this from the blogs I’d read and bought earplugs ahead of time, but I have not used them once, which was amazing!!! Casa Cherish has two sets of sliding glass doors, the first one being when you enter the home, and the second when you enter your room. I can’t hear a thing. The host also provides complimentary earplugs but I never needed to use them. You will be far more annoyed with being wide awake at 3am with jetlag than any faint noise you may hear 😂 Additionally, if you stay in the most touristy areas - it is by far louder due to foot traffic, cars beeping, and the constant music. still cant get over the villa!! how nice if i can stay there even longer! what an inspiration for a home! truly inspired! loving the rooftop too was having a very good & chill time chilling on the long chairr sky gazing at night, rooftop got no mosquitoes during my stay, only spotted some when we just arrived but there r some Puddles so be careful 🤔 &!too bad didnt spend the late afternoon time here as it got the best sun lighting as i was outside visiting attractions with the gang 😭😭😭& regret that i didnt fully enjoy the pool! 😭 another pity part is the view with full of more villas wip? :
in love with the toilet too, but a bit less dustbins imo & another great part is we can get to hang our damp clothes right beside the aircon exhaust so they can get dryer...

We had such a great time during our one month stay at Casa Cherish. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is gorgeous and so clean. We loved the pool area and the rooftop. The location was perfect for us - quiet around the surrounding streets yet so close to tonnes of awesome cafes and restaurants. The staff, Candra, Cece & Putu, who came everyday were friendly and our baby daughter loved them. Ressy, the villa manager, is so lovely and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available and tried to help whenever she could, even with some of my random questions. Thank you Sylvia for having us and for being so accommodating and thoughtful :) We already miss it and it’s only been a day. We hope to stay there...
