A- Villa, but C level management.

The villa - pretty much as good as you can see in the video. It has a bit of wear and tear, but overall its a very good. Very spacious bedrooms and pools were awesome. We did a company offsite for 13 people it is perfectly matched our needs. The food the chefs made was good. Biggest grip was the walls and windows are too thin, so if it rains outside you can hear it loudly which woke me up.

Location - Its ok. Its not super far from anything, but not super close to anything either.

Service - The staff at the Villa are great and the hostess Susann was nice, but we didnt have a good experience with two things.

The management company that owns the Villa is Bali Management Villas (BMV). Casa Infinito Office (CIO) is the staff at the Villa. CIO reached out about 3.5 weeks before our arrival and asked for our arrival info. I told them we arrived at 1155pm the day before we are supposed to go into the Villa and i was planning to book a cheap place near the airport that day - there was tons of very cheap accommodation available, but I noticed that no one was staying at the villa the night before and inquired that since no one is there would it be possible for a very early check in, ie. pick up at airport at 1am and check-in around 2am. CIO's response was "We will do our best sir and please if you dont mind to share with us your flight number. All the best" . After that they arranged cars to pick our group up at the airport and we planned our day around going to bed at the villa around 2am. I thought it was a very generous offer from CIO and I was prepared to pay additional money, but was impressed by the flexibility and level of service...until 48 hours before arrival BVM reaches out and says I need to pay 90% of one night as I am checking in early (they said any early check in is 90% and that is common anywhere). This was never mentioned by anyone at any point in time. I showed them the screen shoots of my conversation with CIO. They didnt care - probably because that was the original plan. I told them I would find other accommodation near the airport which I did, but prices had now tripled or more (which I am sure they knew). Classic bait and switch I think and felt like a scam.

Although you make a deposit on a Credit Card the refund on the deposit is only paid cash. Susan did explain this when we checked in, but it was not in the Villa handbook. She explained why it had to be cash. In our case we had a few more days in Bali after we left the villa, so it was not a big deal, but if you were going straight to the airport and had an additional $300 USD in Indonesian currency that you weren't expecting, I think many people...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible villa in Canngu and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I stepped foot into the villa, I was immediately impressed by its beauty and serenity.
