Tgl 7 juli cek in jam 11 malam dikasih kamar 403, gk ada satu pun yg bantu bawa koper yg banyak,setelah sampai dikamar ternyata kamarnya gk layak huni, getaran ac buat sakit telinga dan kepala, kemudian minta minta pindah kamar 303, ternyata gk layak huni jg, ac nya rusak... yg lebih parahnya saya disuruh bawa koper yg byk sendiri, petugasnya gk mau membantu. Akhirnya setelah minta refund dan marah barulah dikasih kamar yg layak 411 dan mereka berjanji mau bawakan koper, karena sudah kesal saya tetap minta refund,Saya janji tidak akan pernah nginap di hotel ini lagi,padahal pernah nginap hampir 1 bulan dsini, para pegawai tidak ada etika hospitaliti sama sekali padahal menjual jasa hotel, maklum byk yg tidak melalui pendidikan formal pegawainya, resepsionisnya aja melayani pake celana pendek. Mikir2 lagi kalo mau nginap dsini. Akhirnya malam itu saya nginap di reddoorz de nusantara, pelayanannya bagus, koper saya dbantu angkat sampe kamar padahal...
