After we finished the follow-up service for insurance customers' medical claims, the night after nine o'clock was getting deepened and dark , and we were extremely hungry without having dinner yet. Hurry to this Kalasan Indonesian restaurant, walk in and sit down, we are the last diners and the last order. We ordered a few favorite dishes, such as fried chicken, sauerkraut soup, fried vegetable with fish larvae, etc., and the dishes were served in a short while. Bad services provided by the restaurant. We ordered 2 Nasi Sayur Biasa and 1 Nasi Sayur Cumi. At first, the person serve 3 Nasi Sayur Biasa which are clearly wrong as what we ordered and we asked them to change 1 for us. After waiting for a long time, the food not yet arrive even though we keep on asking on the progression of our food. The supervisor of the restaurant didn’t take any action and let this scenario keep on going. After 45 minutes, only the the food arrived. I hope that this restaurant please improve on ur attitude and clearly check on customer’s orders before...

The food is great. Recommended menu is Nasi Sayur Srikandi. It is a 2 stories restaurant, the first floor is for Kalasan and the second for Srikandi. Not to worry though, u can order Srikandi or Kalasan menu wherever you sit. Just be sure to ask the menu to the waiter.
