Mandiri Mansion Hotel — Hotel in Surabaya

Stay away from this hotel. I choose to stay in this hotel because it is located near ITS. I saw some bad reviews on the internet but still decided to book. The room actually is quite good, spacious, bright, and the bathroom is also quite clean. What is the terrible thing about this place is that they have a very loud noise from the water pumping machine.. A very loud and disturbing sound. I dont understand why the management of this hotel let this condition happen all the time. I learned this hotel is managed by a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri, thats why it named under Mandiri Mansion. But why they dont do anything to make people happy to stay or to rest? Another note is: they dont have professional staff to run the mansion. The plates from room service are just lying on the floor like nobody care to pick up. Not to mention the untidy part of the building. If I knew this place will be like this, I...

quite affordable, but they have no hot water in shower. Besides, I have been troubled with the card key. The card key didn't work well .
