Sushi Tei Galaxy Mall — Restaurant in Surabaya

Been here several times and my tummy always ended up being very happy with every dishes i tried. Even I enjoyed the ginger so much haha. But one thing i never missed is their wakame, man i was underestimating this weird looking green thing that turned out to be one of my favorite dish here. It's simple and refreshing. And i never thought those soy sauces, the salty and the sweet one will suit like almost every dishes that i tried. To be honest, at first i wasn't really interested at trying japanese cuisines. Because i dont believe in raw things hehe, but i finally tried it out of curiosity and everthings worth the calories, the money, the time i spent to eat all those things. One of the best sushi restaurants in Surabaya! The interior is cozy, staff are super friendly, prices are reasonable, food tastes great, and portion sizes are generous.

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and received a sweet surprise! After telling the staff, they brought a piece of sushi with a candle and sang Happy Birthday together. Totally unexpected, but such a warm and memorable experience 🥰

Last Saturday 27 March 2021, I have visited the outlet, and Im waiting for more than 40 minutes, This is unexpected services from The Famous Sushi Tei. Which actually my Favorite Restaurant list.

I don't know what happened last saturday, why they become so long in cooking, I saw no many customers dine in on subject time.

Any long waiting time, should be informed first to the customers, hence The Customer can manage their expectation.

When I tried claiming to the server, They also seems unhappy, In my assumption, maybe they are very tired with the workload

Fortunately their Food Taste and Quality is consistently delicious and good presented, even This order is for take away..

Please IMPROVE the Services, I put this comment not because I hate Sushi Tei, but because Me n my family Loves Sushi Tei.
