Pratisarawirya Hotel — Hotel in Surabaya

I stayed here in April for four nights with my family, and overall, I was satisfied. For a hotel under 200k per night, this is one of the best options. I booked them through tiket.com, so I got lucky to have a total discount of around 50k. This hotel brings the best price per location so far, close to ITS, UNAIR, and Galaxy Mall, with many food options and convenience stores nearby. I got lucky to have my room on the second floor where it facing the street, offering a pleasant view. The design was typical of OYO, clean and tidy. In the room, they provided you with a TV, free WiFi(although it didn’t work well on the second floor), and hot shower. You also can ask for hot water on the 1st floor. I don't know if it's my case, but I didn't receive any bath utensils such as towel or soap when I booked the room. However, the bed cover and blanket smelled musty. As for the bathroom maintenance, I felt it was lacking (as the shower in my room is still separated from the bracket, so in order to have a shower, we have to manually hold the bracket, it was frustrating, fix your shower man). Also, the bathroom was quite dirty, so next time prepare the room more thoroughly. So yeah, please fix your bathroom Ok?! If you’re coming with a motorcycle, parking is spacious. However, if you have a car, parking might be difficult as space is limited and on busy days, you have to fight for space with other customers that stay. When i first read reviews about this place i dont trust it, i mean how can be a hotel (not lodge) managed by famous hotel chain rated so poorly. Well, i was dead wrong.

Moldy curtain, broken bathroom door, dirty bathroom glass, and unwatchable tv are some undestandable things for the price range. The major problem is water : They dont provide complimentary drinking water in the room or free water dispenser anywhere in the hotel, so you have to but from them. The water in the bathroom is so little when i used it around 6 PM, and almost not running entirely when i used it around 10 AM the day after. Water is very crucial when book a hotel, if i know it would be like this, i wont be staying here, even for the same price you can get better place. I suggest dont stay in this place, atleast until they change the management.

The only good reason this place have is location, but there are also many place within close proximity.

ps : my phone charger was left behind here, i booked this place months ago but they never notify...

Cheap price in exchange for full amenities? That's the best. Reserving using the OYO app, you can save for about 35% to 50% from your wallet. I got it for about 149,000 rupiah for a night. The room is cozy and clean, completed with a wide window to enjoy the view (though not a really good view from the surroundings). The room is wide, considering the cheap price. There is television, AC, table with 2 chairs, a closet with 2 hangers, a trash bin, and place for your shoes behind the door. The bathroom is clean, provided with sink, flush toilet, and a shower. The good part is: with the cheap price, you can get hot water from there. They provide 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste, a pair of towels, and free hair & body gel. But the sad part is, the hair shampoo and body soap were not in the container. So I should buy them separately...
