Good location not far from the train station. Cross the street a bit you can find Bu Indra and Bu Rudy to have good local bfast, and buy snacks as oleh-oleh in Wisata Rasa. When you have to enter the hotel you are obliged to wear mask and go into disinfectant chamber ( not itchy or burning on your skin at that )|Staff helpful and friendly, including FD, cafe staff and security in the parking lot. Speaking of parking it was bit cramped, no underground/enough space but valet available.|They have 2 restaurants, 1 coffee shop and 1 gelato on the premise. Tried aren coffee ( forgot the name ) and Cendol coffee they were pretty good. They offer in-room dining as well. Haven't got the chance to try the food though, and we didn't take the bfast. Too bad the rooftop bar is closed during the pandemic.|Bathroom was best on the price. |There is a folding chair for the physically challenged, and a rainshower. Amenities were minimum though. Bed and pillows were so-so but at least they gave 2 pillows. Shut-in windows, AC was cold. Hot water ran quickly. Coffee tea maker avail, with 2 bottled water a day.||Now onto the bad part i seriously had to mention this for they to improve. The fixture broke easily, e.g : the study lamp. I had to report this to FD once i found it. The cleanliness is worst. SO. DIRTY. When i enter the room there are coins, lump of hair on the floor. The other room i booked had a bite of fried noodle near the telephone. There was a hole in the ceiling, with tissue hanging on from there (2/7) and the worst is when i checked under the duvet i found blood stains. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with an experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. On 14 August 2024 around 7pm, I encountered a distressing situation involving one of your security staff, identified as Syaiful Arif.
While attempting to inform the security staff that the motorcycle parking exit was obstructed, I was met with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. Despite my polite approach, Mr. Arif responded with hostility, saying, "So what? Everyone also passed this way." This response was not only unprofessional but also concerning given the safety risk involved. The gap in the road was approximately 10 cm high, which posed a significant danger to my motorcycle, me and my husband.
The behavior exhibited by Mr. Arif, including blocking my motorcycle and raising his voice, was inappropriate and alarming. As a guest, I expected a higher standard of customer service and safety, particularly from a security staff member.
I am deeply unsettled by this incident and feel unsafe continuing my stay. Consequently, I will be checking out immediately and will inform my family and network about this experience. (I didn’t take any picture since i’m to shock with the situation, you can check your cctv)
I strongly urge you to review this matter and address it accordingly. I would appreciate a response from management regarding this situation. Should this issue not be resolved satisfactorily, I will consider escalating it to a corporate level.

The room was decent, although the lighting was a bit dim. The bed was comfortable, with four pillows, thick, clean, and cool sheets, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the room's cleanliness and maintenance left something to be desired. The shower appeared dirty, and during a rainstorm, water leaked through the wall above the window, dripping throughout the night. Additionally, the room wasn't very soundproof, as noise from other rooms and the street was easily audible.
