RedDoorz near Solo Square 3 — Hotel in Surakarta

I stay for 3 nights. The building looks great from the outside, but then the problems came. I found footprint on my bed sheet under the pillow, the blanket, pillow sheets & bed sheet smell so gross, bed dirty, amenities was empty and the water heater only last for 3 minutes. On the second day I move to another room, better from the first room but the blanket still smell awful, there is cockroach in the toilet and spyder web in the room. I was too tired to complaining. In the lobby you will see the staffs sleep while playing their phone in the lobby's couch. You will see the way they clean the blanket, bedsheet & pillow sheet in near the stair to the 2nd floor and it wasn't nice. Cigarette's smoke smell near the stair since the staff smoke in there. The room was still dirty and a little bit dusty. Same as the bed. For the bathroom, it was too small and smelled stink as a urine aroma (to be precise). I nearly passed out back then. Yet, the wifi connection is strong enough to get deep into my room. And one thing that made me uncomfortable is that they asked for my ID card and would return it in the next day. I was afraid that they use my ID card for something bad. Definitely will not stay again in this...

Komplain tidak di tanggapi dengan baik,,

Komplain "AIR MATI" ke receptionist an DONNA,. Mbak kamar saya air nya mati,kalo gini saya tidak bisa mandi dong?? Dan di tanggapi dengan kata "ya terserah" itu kalimat dari receptionist an DONNA,,

"MANDI NEBENG" Malah di suruh mandi di kamar lain dengan kondisi yg sama ada kerusakan di bagian drynasse bampet,,

"TIPU2" Wifi kamar tidak bisa terhubung,saya tanyakan malah di bilang HP saya mungkin yg tidak bisa,, saya cek ke pengunjung lain teryata sama WiFi tidak dapat digunakan,,

"JOROK" Di dalam kamar ada larangan merokok,tapi di laci meja dan bawah tempat tidur banyak abu dan puntung rokok,, Kamar mandi jorok mayak lumut dan sempit..

"PARAH" mulai malem banyak yg cek in pasangan bocil keluar masuk..
