We then decided to take a Grab ride and since your hotel is STRATEGICALLY LOCATED RIGHT AFTER THE EXIT WAY, we decided to make the pickup point right at your doorway. That decision was also made because WE BELIEVE THAT HOTEL IS SUPPOSED TO TREAT EVERYONE IN A NICE MANNER, BECAUSE ANY OF THEM COULD BE YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMER. Let us know if we are wrong about this. ||||But, UNFORTUNATELY, one of your security staff RAN HASTILY TOWARDS US, SCOLDED US IN A VERY BAD MANNER, AND DID NOT FORGET TO POINT HIS FINGER AT US, TELLING US THAT WE ARE NOT YOUR HOTEL CUSTOMER AND THEREFORE WE CAN’T USE THE LOBBY FOR PICKUP. ||||We do appreciate your hotel policy and commitment to give the best service to your customer, but please remember that ANYONE COULD BE YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMER AND GIVING THEM A PROPER TREATMENT EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL- IS CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST MARKETING STRATEGY EVER. ||||I was once working with JW Marriot International and that thing your security staff did to us is NEVER A GOOD MANNER. ||||For your information, we did consider to STAY AT YOUR HOTEL FOR A FEW DAYS STARTING FROM TODAY AFTERNOON WITH OUR FAMILY MEMBERS, but since your staff WHICH REPRESENT YOUR HOTEL ENTITY AS A WHOLE DID NOT APPRECIATE US, WHY SHOULD WE STAY AT YOUR HOTEL?||By the way, WE JUST DECIDED TO NOT STAY AT YOUR HOTEL FOREVER, NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WE KNOW. ||||This is not just a made-up story. Read moreThe hotel located in front of train station of yogyakarta, just accross the street from station, road pasar kembang. Very strategic location, public transportation are easy to find. The staf are very friendly and responsif. The room was neat and wide enough. And the bathroom had a choice of hot and cold water, quite sophisicated. I feel very enjoy stay at this hotel. And one of the most remarkable was the meeting room, prety large for esselon 2 or 3 institution meeting. One thing i want you to know, that i was fascinating by a hotel staf named Sutarjo. I ask him to become a model of my camera, i want to take a photo of him, cause he dress like a Keraton soldier. Its so cool i guess, i feel like seeing traditional soldier in the UK, just like you see in the biscuit cans. Ha..ha.. I love to take a pitcure of him. And he doesnt mind anyway. What a polite staf !
