House of Moedjito — Hotel in Yogyakarta

I would give 10 stars if I could. I first discovered this gem back in 2018. It’s very (VERY) clean - like, everything is spotless, to the level where I’m certain if I put my finger at the back of the piano I would find no dust. LOL. The service and hospitality is top notch. The breakfast is delicious, homecooked, and affordable.

I returned 5 years later and was pleasantly surprised of how everything is still the same. Still clean, still friendly, food still great. The photos that you see on the internet? That’s EXACTLY how it looks in reality. Even after 5 years. I’m truly amazed.

I got a chance to talk to the owner and everything made sense. This family-owned place is meticulously maintained. She’s very hands on in making sure everything is perfect.

Definitely will come back to the quaint...

Beautiful place to get away from the crowded city. Even if you're not staying here, you can stop by and enjoy their transit space. They have few choices of beverages from various brands in town, mostly Es Kopi Susu. And the best part is their curated art and craft shop. You can see that they have wide selections of products in the craft shop, start from small stuffs like postcards, notebooks, sticker packs till tshirts, totebags and paintings. You can also get your zero-waste-starter-pack here. Their space is beautifully designed with a lot of greeneries, cute interiors, even a small pond in the backyard. Multiple experiences wrapped...

Really living up to the name of feels like “Home”. The owner really treat us well. Property is very clean and nearby to town and easy to find places to eat.

It is also located just right behind a cinema hall and starbucks.

Our room is very clean and quite spacious. The owner really taking care of us and our comfortability and also get us a gifts for our honeymoon trip.

Theres also breakfast provided for cheap prices and yes again it feels like you are having breakfast at home and it is delicious!
