Platinum Kitchen, Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Yogyakarta

Ground floor is a restaurant, first floor huge lounge with live band and above that is a club with great lightning and a big DJ stage. Alcohol is priced reasonably and the food is very cheap, but more importantly surprisingly delicious! The lounge gets quite full relatively early in the evening (10PM), the club was almost empty even till 2PM (Friday night). The band in lounge was OK-ish, nothing special. The DJ in the club was good and the lighting in the club is world-class. Service fast, but they do not have all what is on the menu. Still a good experience and can recommend for a night...

we came from another country to celebrate our birthday. the girl at the reception in the photo I attached was terribly rude.I have never met such an attitude of the staff in my life. She doesn't know how to work with people and I would have filed a police report against her for pushing me. After it, I had a bad impression of Indonesia. Yesterday, i was going to Platinum Club with my friend at 3rd floor. We ordered drinks and foods. We came there at 11.30 pm. Cus it will be free before 12 am. After 1 am, there was 1 waiter asked me to go out from the bar, he talked very rude and impolite. We stayed there for almost more than 1 hours, we ordered so many drinks. He said because i didn't "open bottle/open table", so i should move out.

This is so impolite for me. We are customer. We bought, we paid. They should not asked us like that. If we have to move out, or go out from that place, at least, he can asked me in polite/good way.

Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, Jadi kemarin malam minggu saya ke Platinum. Itu pertama x nya saya ke lantai tiganya alias club. Nah, saya dan teman saya udah dtg dr jam stgh 12. Kita order banyak minuman ama makanan. Tiba" pas jam 1 an, ada cowo agak melambai (org yg kerja di situ) ambl kursi teman saya, dan saya bilang, itu punya temen saya. Terus dia bilang " kaka open bottle ga? Saya jwb "gak", terus dia bilang. Kalo ga open bottle, kamu saya usir. Saya bisa usir anda dr sini. Saya kaget. Okelah memang saya ga open bot. Tapi seengganya penyampaian sama customer ga boleh gt. Kita udah beli, udah bayar, udah kasi pendapatan ke Platinum, tetapi sebagai pekerja di bidang jasa, ga boleh kaya gitu. Saling menghargai. Kalo ga ada kita, kalian ga akan di gaji. Moga aja kedepannya ga kaya gini. Ini waktu yg agak lama, saya ga pingin ke platinum dlu. Krna di tempat yg lebih mahal pun, mrka masih bs...
