Persepolis Hotel — Hotel in Shiraz

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, which is just a walking distance to Hafezieh. Other than this, it is itter disappointment. ||First, the people in reception seems not to know the etiquette of working in a hotel. The young guy spoke fast, like super fast, to the point of incomprehensiblity. He treated me like an officer of the intelligence agency, directing me to write where I came from, how and where I am going; something which had never happened. The older guy was definitely a retiree of some sort of military institution. When you ask him a question, he would never allow you to finish your sentence, absolutely never. ||The room belongs to the 1970s. The switches to the light, though convenient, but are not modern. The bathroom is not very clean and the equipment belongs to well twenty years ago.||There is also the point of room service. On my second day, I came back to hotel in the afternoon, just to find that trash bag has been changed, but the trash was put in front of TV, on some documents I had. ||I have to say that the employees are polite and helpful but the entire experience is not very pleasant. I would never stay in this hotel, and would not recommend...

Stayed there for 3 nights and frankly, staying here was the only bad experience of my trip.|The hotel is very old, all the equipments seem old and cheap and the service is definitely not tou would expect from a 5 or even 4-star hotel.|The walls are thin and not soundproof at all. I woke up several times in the middle of the night by the sound of people talking loudly, crying, etc.|What was even more shocking was the amount of noise that the staff would make in the hallway. From cleaning the rooms to talking to each other loudly.|The breakfast was not good at all. The behavior of the staff and cleanness was hardly medium. |The only positive point was the perfect location that gives you full access to different attractions. |Overally, don't expect anything above a medium 3-star hotel. Don't let the 5 stars...

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and were very disappointed with many things in this hotel including the room stained carpets, cleanliness, bathroom toilet seats had not enough room to sit on if you are over 60 Kg! Bathtubs were so old and deep that every time I walked out of the shower I thought I will trip before I landed on the ground... We used their laundry service where they had not posted any pricing for how much they charge for each item and at the time of the checkout, we were charged 580,000 Toomans for laundering 5 pair of socks, 5 underwear and 2 T-shirts!! We called to ask about this ridiculous charge from the manager and they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored us!! Terrible management and service! Would not...
