Bakuya Restaurant Complex — Restaurant in Shiraz

Don't manipulate yourself by checking the view of this restaurant who didn't even teach the personel the basic behavior, after waiting for almost 45 minutes after reminding the staffs more than 4 times they did us a favor and brought the drinks only while asking them how long it takes for the main course they didn't hesitate to even reply us. At the end we decided to leave and mentioned this to internal manager they forced us to sit and pay for the food that we didn't even receive and had no idea when it will be served !!! It's a shame that people dare to behave this rude to their own customer. This restaurant is not recommended if you want to have a good service and peaceful...

It’s a kinda disaster, we tried qashqaii part in nowrouz 1400 and we were 10 , we chose garden part because arbours had no cooling system. We ordered 8 dishes but waiters made us to change 2 of them because they run out of them, after about 40 min and so many call from us they brought one third the dishes and no one came again these dishes that had been brought became cold no one was responsible for these mess , after 20 min a wrong dish that we didnt order they brought , we complained about this to manager and they only apologized and nothing changed so we canceled after 40 min and came out and paid for them. The location is fine but staff are really careless and as customer we really didn't feel like going to some high class restaurant. They don't even know what they server when we ask about ingredients. Even though there are so many people working for service they don't give a good one, We asked them many times to decrease the Volume of music as It was too loud and hurting our ears but they didn't. The prices are too high for such lacking services; Overall I wouldn't recognize it to anyone if they asked...
