A steakhouse that you must try if you're in Shiraz . Been to plenty of steakhouses in Iran however none of them have been able to bring out the flavor in a steak like Della steakhouse. Food: The prices are a bit on the higher side but definitely worth it for the quantity. The steaks are huge. The flavor of the steak was immaculate the only small issue was the temperature. I ordered a medium "bone-in" ribeye but near the bone is was completely raw and not cooked at all. The mashed potatoes were great a bit on the harder side though. Blue cheese steak was tasty with the perfect blend of spices. Loved the french fries with cheese sauce. The bone marrow could use some more seasoning and salt. Atmosphere: It's a small steakhouse but I'd suggest reserving a table on the covered deck upstairs. Staff and Service: Excellent staff. Very polite and accommodating. Definitely leave a tip for them if you go.

Suggestions I have for the manager/owner:

Steak: Serve steak in a hot cast iron plate with a wooden base. This will keep the steak hot and also if parts are undercooked the customer can cook it on their plate. Mashed potatoes: Add more butter and milk to smoothen it out. Mashed potatoes should be creamy not hard. Utensils: You definitely need to upgrade your steak knives. You need bigger and sharper steak knives for that size steak.

Della Steakhouse was where I tried steak for the very first time — and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. If it’s your first time having steak, I highly recommend coming here and trying their ribeye steak with barberry sauce and mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious.

The prices are very fair considering the quality and portion size. I usually visit 3 to 5 times each season, and the ribeye steak at Della is always one of my top choices.

The place has two floors, but overall it’s fairly small with a slightly dim, cozy atmosphere. I went on a rainy night, which made the whole experience even better. The steak was perfectly cooked and slightly crispy on the outside — just how I like it. It was amazing.

The staff were professional and polite. They weren’t overly friendly, but I didn’t feel out of place either — it felt comfortable.

They also have a good variety of drinks, and the portions are generous. Same goes for the food — I left completely full and satisfied.

The wait time isn’t long at all, so you don’t feel rushed or annoyed. At other places I’ve been, steaks often come out overcooked, burnt, late, or just not tasty. But here, the quality and timing are...
