I recently stayed at this very nice hotel for 6 days. I contacted them online and the GM was kind enough to communicate with me via WhatsApp and made my reservations. We had some miscommunications as I didnt hear back from him but after contacting him 5x he finally "confirmed" my stay. The initial room I was booked for on the 2nd floor had no window and felt like a basement but I requested a room with a view and they kindly moved me to the 1st floor. The hotel is in good location next to a pharmacy in case you need it which I did. Also there are few restaurants nearby and an exchange and sim card store within walking distance. The bed is fairly comfortable and the shower is excellent. Unfortunately my room had a crack in the wall so when there's a windstorm all the dust settled in the room but housekeeping immediately came to my aid. The b/fast buffet was very nice with ample food. A few staff members speak English but they're all VERY nice and accommodating. The GM's wife speaks excellent English and came to my rescue when I had food poisoning. She was so kind as she ordered a drink and yogurt from the restaurant. Overall, this is a really nice hotel and I would highly recommend it. Everyone is there to please and make you feel comfortable. Just ask for whatever you need and they'll do it. Make sure to have a safety box in your room. And they did provide ample water...
