As a 3-star hotel, it must at least have a hot water in the bathroom!! The staff is very friendly. WiFi is very bad as it disconnected every 5-10 minutes! Bed linens not clean. Furniture old but clean . Room size is very good. The city view is nice.

So disrespectful. Based on my experience and what I'm reading, they simply don't honor their booking promises.

I booked via phone 10 days before arrival, and then called and confirmed the same day. They confirmed. When I arrived they simply said it was taken for a Booking.com client and no more room is left!!

To make it worse, they faked being sorry and trying to help fix the problem. The receptionist made a call with a 'friendly' hotel, but after we went there it turned out it's not what we asked for.

Never again. Totally not...
