Very poor service, especially from the staff. They completely lack basic customer service skills. Their attitude is rude, their faces are always frowning, and even when you thank them, they don’t respond or say a word. On top of that, the music is extremely loud، it feels more like being in a nightclub than a restaurant or a coffee shop. The space between the tables and chairs is also very cramped, making it uncomfortable to sit and move around. The chairs themselves are made of metal, with worn-out and dirty cushions that make you feel like you’re sitting on hard iron you can literally feel it in your bones.To make things worse, they even charge an additional service fee on top of the bill. I visited The Courtyard for the breakfast, it's really delicious and their food is tasty! The service was bit late, but I get it that's because it was too crowded, and I'll let it slip this time. I loved the interior design - Kudos to the designer! The green space allowed me to be more relaxed and enjoy my experience more when I was there.

A suggestion for the management - try to hire some Kurdish (local speaking service people too) there were 4 or 5 people who visited our table to see if we needed anything, not one of them spoke Kurdish. If only you had more diverse team, you'd get 5 stars.
