Hotel Panorama — Hotel in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

We were that rare thing in the Merano area, a large group of men on a cycling holiday. Firstly, the Panorama was the only hotel would accommodate our group. I think the majority of the others didnt want a potentially noisy group of blokes disturbing the romantic atmosphere in what are mostly very traditional hotels. So top marks to the Panorama for letting us in, and putting us all in single rooms which although we paid the double rate, again, other hotels would not even sell us the rooms.||||Cyclists are generally interested in food, sleep and beer. Food was excellent and we were given a good choice within the set menu half board option. Breakfast was equally good with plentiful supplies of fresh bread, cereals, fruit and cakes. There is also the option to eat in the Pizzeria below the hotel.||||Bedrooms were very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only issue is that the road is a busy one. Although the hotel is set back from the road, there is some noise from freight especially in the early morning. Having said that, all the windows and doors to the balconies are double glazed so you can shut most of the noise out. I'm a very light sleeper.||||There is not a bar in the hotel, but drinks were served at our table and we were never chased off our table after dinner. The charming owner even left us to it in the late evening, and we ran an honesty tab.||||Overall, extremely accommodating owners, good food and good quality hotel without the general chintz and trimmings common to most others...

I recently stayed at Hotel Panorama in Rabland, South Tyrol and it was an absolute dream. The family-owned hotel boasts delicious food, warm hospitality and breathtaking views.||Let's start with the food. The restaurant serves up traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with a modern twist. The ingredients are fresh and locally-sourced, and the presentation is impeccable. I highly recommend trying their homemade pasta dishes and their steak dishes - they are simply divine.||Moving on to the family who owns the hotel, they were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. It's clear that they put their heart and soul into this hotel, and it shows in every little detail.||Now onto the pièce de résistance - the view. Hotel Panorama truly lives up to its name. The panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys was breathtaking. I spent hours sitting on my balcony just taking in the beauty around me.||Finally, the hotel's location in Rabland is perfect for those who love nature and outdoor activities. The surrounding area is filled with hiking and biking trails, as well as several thermal baths and spas.||Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Panorama enough. Hotel- und Gastrokritik für das Hotel Panorama in Rabland, Südtirol, und das angeschlossene Ristorante-Steakhouse.

Hotel Wir haben einige wunderbare Tage im Hotel Panorama verbracht und waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - selten haben wir uns so willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und die Atmosphäre angenehm familiär und herzlich. Wir können das Hotel Panorama uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen - sei es für Wanderer, Ruhesuchende oder einfach Genießer (siehe Ristorante).

Obwohl wir nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir abends mehrfach im angeschlossenen Ristorante-Steakhouse, das für die Allgemeinheit zugänglich ist, gegessen und wurden jedes Mal aufs Neue überrascht: ausgezeichnete Qualität, perfekt zubereitete Speisen und ein freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service.

Besonders die Steaks sind ein echter Geheimtipp. Nicht umsonst zählt das Steakhouse zu den Top 50 in Italien.

2.Ristorante-Steakhouse im Hotel Panorama: Top-Kulinarik zu vernünftigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wiederholt hat uns das Ristorante Panorama mit seiner exzellenten Küche begeistert. Zum Beispiel mit:

Chili-Spaghetti mit Gemüse und Riesengarnelen Ein echter Volltreffer für Liebhaber feuriger Aromen: Die Chili-Spaghetti kamen auf den Punkt gegart, mit angenehm pikantem Biss. Frisches, leicht angegrilltes Gemüse verlieh dem Gericht eine bunte Frische, während die saftigen Riesengarnelen mit ihrem zarten, süßlichen Geschmack einen luxuriösen Akzent setzten. Eine perfekt ausbalancierte Komposition, die weder zu scharf noch zu zurückhaltend war – einfach rundum gelungen.

Roastbeef vom Angus-Rind aus Südtirol (Erzeuger: Hannes Mair) Ein echtes Highlight für Fleischliebhaber: Das Roastbeef präsentierte sich auf den Punkt gegart, wunderbar zart und aromatisch. Die Herkunft direkt vom Südtiroler Erzeuger Hannes Mair war schmeck- und erlebbar – Qualität, die sich auszahlt. Begleitet wurde das Fleisch von gegrilltem Gemüse, das mit feinen Röstaromen und knackiger Frische überzeugte. Ein Hauch von groben Meersalz auf dem Roastbeef rundete das Ganze perfekt ab.

Getränkeempfehlung: Gin mit Johannisbeersaft Ein erfrischender und überraschend harmonischer Drink, der durch seine fruchtige Tiefe überzeugte. Die Johannisbeere brachte eine feine Säure und natürliche Süße ins Spiel, während der Gin mit seinen Kräuternoten für Komplexität sorgte. Garniert mit frischer Minze und Zitrus – ein ideales Sommergetränk, das hervorragend zu beiden Gerichten passte.
