We stayed in this agriturismo "hotel" after touring Italy for a few weeks and having very good experiences of this type of accommodation in the Italian countryside - staying in hotels out of town which ranged from small farm-style to larger modern motel style. Most of them provided dinner as well as breakfast - with the dinners generally very good because they were typical italian country fare.||However, the "Valle degli Arci" which is on the outskirts of Tivoli, (near Rome), was a real disappointment after other experiences. In 3 weeks of touring Italy and finding accommodation as we went, this was the only place that pulled this trick.||Why did we stay here? Read moreWas pleasantly surprised by this place situated outside of Tivoli. We were a group of 10 spread over to apartments and were made to feel so welcome. Set in the countryside, the place is total relaxation. The apartments were well set up and clean and we were able to enjoy the outside areas as well due to the favourable weather. Would like to also thank the manager Generoso who bent over backwards to make us feel welcome including bringing us muffins the night before as we were leaving early and would...
