My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at this Hotel. Every staff member we encountered, to the reception to the cleaning staff, the barista and service were delightful and eager to help, you can easily tell how much they like their job and execute it in the best way possible.

We managed to book a room at the Maison Lido, in front of the hotel itself. Once we entered the room (family room) we were flabbergasted, not only because of the three balconies; but also because of how extremely clean and spacious it was. The cleaning service itself was done fast, yet it was excellent, and anything a person might need was already there, from extra blankets to extra towels, and the cleaning ladies always had a smile on their face even while working and were considerate.

We also enjoyed the appetizer-buffet that was greatly prepared for each dining experience, and we strongly appreciated how cordial the service was, even when busy, they always made sure everything was to our liking and that we enjoyed ourself, it was also nice to have a conversarion with them when possible, all of them had a great humor and were polite. The food itself was tasty, fresh and mouth-watering

A special thanks also goes to the reception and expecially to Liudmila as she made our vacation possible, it is amazing to see how much you care about your clients, and hiw great of a person you are.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Hotel Lido in Cattolica, on the Adriatic Sea, Italy, and we couldn’t be happier! We’re a family of five from London - with three children (ages 8, 11, and 16) - and the hotel was absolutely perfect for all of us.|From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. The hotel has a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, which made our stay so enjoyable and stress-free.|Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for the kids. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in July!), and we loved having a balcony to relax on in the evenings.|The kids had a great time—between the nearby beach (just a few minutes’ walk), the fun pedestrian area, and the hotel’s proximity to local attractions, they were never bored. Even our teenager was happy, which says a lot!|Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh croissants, fruit, eggs, and delicious coffee. The variety made it easy to please everyone. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times, and the food was outstanding—plenty of choices and very high quality.|Hotel Lido is clean, modern, and perfectly located. Once again we comeback, and every year the hotel Lido quality is improving, this year the restaurant, under the Maitre d'hotel Calin, superate itself with splendid desserts (the Panna cotta is gourmet) and the new entry in the breakfast menu, cappuccino al zabaione are so delicious without mentioning the wide daily menu at choice that includes appetizers buffet, first and second dish plus desserts fruits and a excellent local wines.||The perfect room service with the responsible Anna is characterized for the accurate cleaning and perfect order.||Special mention deserves their highly recommended spa service, with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, music-therapy complemented with beverages and desserts that made the experience unforgettable.||Is necessary to mention that the beach included in the price is at only 60 meters from the hotel and includes one umbrella and two chairs.||In the price are included other services that we didn't use, like mini club, bikes and parking.||All those things under the perfect direction of the efficient and friendly Liudmila and Sergio.||For all those vantages the Cattolica's Hotel Lido deserves the highest qualification and the best recommendations with a nice...
